Shipping policy

Please double check your delivery address and contact number to avoid delivery delay.

To ensure smooth delivery, you must provide us with a clear delivery address. The delivery address must contain the building, villa or apartment number, street name, city, county and zip code, and must contain a user phone number and full contact name(s) as per the form on the website.

After placing your order, we will deliver it to your doorstep within 30 working days of the order date.

Products cannot be shipped to an incomplete address or to an address other than the address specified in the purchase order.

In the event that you cannot be contacted and/or refuse to receive the product for any reason other than an error in the order sent to you, you hereby agree to pay the delivery fee only, or deduct it from the amount paid online in the Damson Store

We are unable to make deliveries over weekends and public holidays, so all deliveries will arrive at your door a weekday from Saturday to Thursday.

When delivery is completed, please sign the delivery receipt to confirm that there are no defects in the delivery box and the product(s).
